Don’t wait, large projects have a lot of moving parts. From permitting to subcontractor’s scheduling timelines can be pushed back by weeks or months. It is better to start the process earlier than later!
We’ll come to your house and go over the project in detail. After gathering all relative project information we will send you a detailed estimate.
Once the client approves the project estimate they will receive:
project dates chart (for easy project tracking)
project drawings
permit applications
project deposit information
project contract (for review and signature)
client additionally insured certificate (liability insurance)
